The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to many attractions, and easy to access. The hotel had good music and a cozy atmosphere in the lounge, and the staff were friendly and welcoming during the check-in process.
Unfortunately, the room was subpar. The decor was outdated, and there were no USB outlets or enough closet space. The bathroom was in need of refurbishment, and housekeeping did not clear the used teabags. Additionally, the restaurant experience was terrible, as the staff was inattentive, and the candle was removed from our table without any communication.

The location of this hotel is great, it's near many restaurants and entertainment facilities. The restaurant of the hotel serves delicious food, and the meals are worth every penny. The view from the room is breathtaking, and it's calm and serene. The leisure facilities of the hotel are exciting, and there's never a dull moment for someone who is backpacking.
The check-in process of the hotel is slow.

The food and drinks at the hotel were really good and the coffee was a standout. The location was also great - lots of things to do in the nearby area. Plus, the staff at the hotel were really nice and had great recommendations for things to do and see.
There were quite a few disappointing aspects to the hotel. The service was really slow and it seemed like the hotel was understaffed. The music that was advertised to be playing every night only happened twice during our stay, which was a bummer. Additionally, there was construction work going on that could be heard from our room on two different mornings. When we asked about it, we were told that we couldn't hear it, which was frustrating.

Staff always helpful.
Beautiful building, beautiful location next to several interesting areas, Tribeca, and Manhattan. Also, right next to a main subway stop. Spotless room and nice decor. Plenty of fantastic food for meals.

Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and live music in the bar during my stay. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping. The bed was comfortable for a weekend stay which made it easy to relax.
The staff wasn't as accommodating as I would have hoped and didn't seem very welcoming. The room felt basic and photos online were misleading. There was no room service menu in the room and I had to request it multiple times. An additional fee that was not mentioned during booking and issues with charges on my card upon check out left a negative impression.

Loved this stylish accommodation with knowledgeable and best staff from the doormen to the manager. Spotless hotel and themed a double room, which was amazing for me. The luxury bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and terry cloth bathrobes. The location was stunning - ease of access to Field.

Food was outstanding and I have nothing but perfectly pleasant memories from this trip. I was there for 6 nights and ate at in-house restaurant at the first floor. The location was best possible, just 5 minutes walk from a cable-stayed bridge. The property was set in a very nice area. Lobby bar was amazing.
Some people working there were distracted.

The location was ideal, just a short stroll away from a north - south street. Was set in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were best.

We didn't have time and didn't visit the in-house restaurant at the first floor, but it seemed good!

Location is marvellous, check in is early. The deluxe queen room suited us: it had a mini-fridge-bar, a multi-channel television and a writing table. We liked our coffee with goodies at Baked.
That sometimes the street was noisy.
